What is your Refund Policy

All students no matter their mode of learning are entitled to a refund  less of $100 (administrative fee)  before the 1st day of class or if self paced before proprietary materials including videos and reading materials are sent. 
If  a student withdraws within 1 week ( after 2 days of class or whichever is less) of the start of class, a partial discount of 70% of the amount paid will be refunded. 
To request a refund, an email should be sent within  72 hours of enrolling in a course.

Welcome to Astech Academy!

These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of our IT training courses and course materials. By enrolling in our courses or using our course materials, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Course Content Ownership
All course materials, including but not limited to lectures, presentations, videos, assignments, and assessments, are the exclusive property of Astech Academy. You are not allowed to reproduce, modify, distribute, or sell our course materials without our prior written consent.
2. Enrollment and Payment
Enrollment in our courses requires payment of the applicable course fees, which are clearly stated on our website or in our course catalog. We accept payment by credit card, debit card, or bank transfer. Your enrollment in a course is not confirmed until we receive your payment.
3. Refund Policy
Astech Academy offers a 100% refund for course fees if you cancel your enrollment before the course begins. If you cancel after the course begins, you may be eligible for a partial refund, but this will depend on the specific circumstances. We do not offer refunds for course materials that have been accessed or downloaded. 4. Course Completion
In order to receive a certificate of completion for a course, you must meet the course requirements as specified in the course syllabus. This may include completing assignments, passing quizzes or exams, and participating in course discussions. Astech Academy reserves the right to modify course requirements at any time.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
You agree not to infringe upon Astech Academy's intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets. You acknowledge that any unauthorized use or distribution of our course materials may result in legal action against you.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Astech Academy provides its courses and course materials on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not make any warranties, express or implied, regarding the quality or accuracy of our courses or course materials. 7. Limitation of Liability
Astech Academy will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our courses or course materials. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Astech Academy is located. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
9. Modification of Terms and Conditions
Astech Academy reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. If we make any material changes, we will provide notice of the changes by posting them on our website or by sending you an email.
